Returns and Refund Policy
At Adult Sinsations we stock a large selection of pleasure products from those well-known adult brands you’ve come to know and trust. This is because we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the pleasure products you purchase from our website. However if you do order a pleasure product from us that arrives with a manufacturing fault, we are always happy to provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost.
However for hygiene reasons and due to the intimate nature of the pleasure products we sell, we remind you to choose your online purchases carefully as we are unable to refund or replace a product, simply because you change your mind. For this reason, we suggest you read all the information provided on our website regarding the size, the shape, and the type of material your chosen pleasure product is made from (see “The Fine Print” on our pleasure product pages), and if you have any questions about a product, please contact our in-store pleasure professionals on 08 9249 5858 or via the contact page before you complete the checkout process.
If you are unhappy with your pleasure parcel due to receiving damaged goods or faulty merchandise, you should return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, together with your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase. Please note however that this replacement policy does not apply if we ascertain your pleasure product has sustained damage due to misuse – or abuse. So again we remind you to carefully consider all the information provided on our pleasure product pages and if you have any queries or concerns about how to use a particular product, contact our in-store pleasure professionals on 08 9249 5858or via the contact page. Additionally, all returned products will be tested and if they are found to be in good working order, they will be sent back to you without further recourse.
Please note that freight charges cannot be refunded when returning a product to us for repair or replacement, however any replacement product will of course be sent back to you via Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Service free of any charges. If you have received damaged goods, faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we strongly suggest you return the item to us via Registered Post and that you retain your proof of postage as we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit. It is important that all goods are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement product, simply because you have changed your mind. Where lingerie and clothing items are concerned for health and hygiene reasons, we are again unable to offer a refund or replacement product, simply because you changed your mind or it is the incorrect size. We ask in this respect that your choose carefully and check for sizing.
You may also elect to return damaged goods, faulty merchandise or an incorrect item in person to one of our retail stores, but again you must return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, together with your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase.
