Delivery Policy
Adult Sinsations guarantees same day picking, packing and processing of all orders placed before 5pm (WST) Monday to Sunday, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year (including public holidays but excluding the Christmas period). All orders received after 5pm (WST) will of course, be picked, packed and processed the very next day – rain, hail or shine!
Adult Sinsations also offers a range of options for delivering your pleasure parcel to your front door wherever you are in Australia. These options include:
- Free Delivery for all orders of $200 or more (excluding delivery charges and after any discounts have been applied or promotional products have been added to your shopping cart). Your pleasure parcel will be sent to you using Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Service (see delivery times below). If you wish to receive your pleasure parcel via Australia Post’s Express Parcel Service though, a delivery charge of $14.95 will apply (again see delivery times below).
- $9.95 Standard Parcel Post for all orders under $200 using Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Service, which covers most of Australia. Australia Post undertakes to deliver your pleasure parcel within two (2) business days to addresses within the Perth metropolitan area and within 3 – 4 business days to addresses within country Western Australia. Delivery to other capital cities can take between 5 – 6 business days, while delivery to other interstate locations, including remote areas and roadside addresses, may take a little longer.
- $14.95 Express Parcel Post for all orders under $200 using Australia Post’s Express Parcel Service, which provides next business day delivery to addresses within Australia Post’s Express Post delivery network. This network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes, however if your pleasure parcel is to be posted to an address outside this network, while Australia Post undertakes to use the fastest transport links possible, it cannot guarantee next business day delivery.
- In-Store Parcel Pick Up
You may of course elect to collect your pleasure parcel in person from one of our retail stores. When placing an order for In-Store Parcel Pick Up using our website, you simply need to nominate the store location you wish to pick your pleasure parcel up from and then complete the checkout process. An in-store pleasure professional from your nominated store will contact you via telephone when your order is ready for collection. There is no fee for this service; however you must remember to bring along your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note that Australia Post deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Australia Post does not currently offer a weekend delivery service and they have advised that deliveries may take longer than their usual timeframes during peak shopping periods, such as Christmas. Delivery during the “wet season” (our favourite time of year) into the Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may also be affected by adverse weather conditions.
Some delivery services now include online tracking of your pleasure parcel so you can keep an eye on the prize during the delivery process! Simply visit Australia Post’s online tracking tool, enter the unique Item Tracking Number which appears on your Order Summary and discover real-time delivery information, including when your pleasure parcel is lodged with Australia Post, when your pleasure parcel is in transit and/or on board with an Australia Post driver, and when your pleasure parcel is delivered to your front door (the happiest time of all)! You can also choose to use Australia Post’s free Track Advice and receive email notifications regarding the journey of your pleasure parcel.
